SlipStream

Inspiration

We (at SixSq) are software artisans, passionate about software development and technologies. We have learned our trade writing a lot of software. We also enjoy reducing software, using refactoring, or contributing to other's good ideas, such that we do not have to write so much ourselves.

With SlipStream, we wanted to help teams save tons of time by automating as much as possible, everything around the creation of software based production systems. But we didn't want to lock developers and users on a specific stack or service, so we built an agnostic and neutral system. SlipStream builds on top of cloud services (IaaS to be more precise), such that it can be used in a really wide range of scenarios - e.g. private, public, hybrid.

What's next for SlipStream

We have a very interesting and challenging roadmap, which we refine and reshuffle regularly based on market opportunities, feedback, interests and mood.
