Inspiration

Being a developer itself the biggest Inspiration for making this project, we all know the importance of developers' community, and websites like StackOverflow in our life. So I decided to make a website which helps to establish a developers' community in our college. Most of us face the same problem while learning a new technology, so if someone gets stuck, he can post his questions, and other students who have already encountered the same problem can answer it. I believe it's time for our college to improve peer learning among us, and I believe Slight will turn out to be super effective in it.

What it does

Students can sign in to the website after creating an account, where they can answer questions of other peers and ask for themselves as well.

How we built it

I used the MERN stack for building this website.

Challenges we ran into

The routing for protected and unprotected routes was a good challenge I faced, but the biggest challenge was to overcome the will to leave up the project when got stuck somewhere.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The website is running properly and no bugs yet are really something I'm proud of right now.

What we learned

Keeping the technical knowledge aside, I really want to admit that the biggest thing while making this project in this limited time I learned is having patience and consistency is the key to tackling problems.

What's next for Slight

I'm planning to add the security certificates and improving the UI and once done with it I'll deploy the website.
