Inspiration

This game is inspired from the original Wordle and the French version. The gradient background is inspired from Raycast Wallpapers.

What it does

It's a Word based Sliding puzzle: the goal is to find the different words by moving tiles to their correct position. The tiles are changing color based on their positions.

How we built it

It uses some parts of the Very Good Venture slide puzzle example: essentially for the base of the puzzle. There is also custom logic to handle cases that are not in the classic number Sliding puzzle.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I find this puzzle pretty beautiful compared to what i'm used to produce in terms of UI, specifically the animated gradient background.

What's next for Sliding Wordle

It's definitely just a starting point, I may work on several features like:

Adding more Locales
Theming improvement (for people who does'nt like the gradient, or who have difficulties to read)
A Wordle like gameplay, only one shuffled grid a day for everyone playing, then you'll be able to share your score with others.
Lot more is possible...
