  My Paradise

Inspiration

We wanted to learn and gain experience from this new environment.

What it does

assigns a score 0-100 to a state based on various characteristics of the specified category. This score displays the data in a form from bad (0) to good (100). i.e. Weather Score: GA | 30 <----- (low score for bad weather)

How we built it

We utilized the data given to us, and then using RECORD functions, we created TABLES that could then be manipulated in another RECORD function that would compute a score from 1-100

Challenges we ran into

Learning a new coding language that we were not at all familiar with and just trying to use some of the simple functions analyze some data sets and create scores... basically the whole thing was a struggle.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We managed to accomplish our goal of compiling some data in a new format that would be more human readable and easier to compare and analyze.

What's next for SleepyHeads' Project My Paradise

We could implement an interface that would allow users to determine how they would like to select their states of residence using the data generated from the My Paradise project.
