Inspiration

We wanted to create a program to lead a healthier life

What it does

it asks the user to input their age and the hours they sleep for any given amount of nights. Then it graphs these values vs the amount of sleep they should be getting and comparing the two using percent difference calculation

How we built it

using python in google colab

Challenges we ran into

converting strings into integers

Accomplishments that we're proud of

being able to create a functional code

What we learned

After entering our own personal inputs for sleep we found out that we have a lot of room for improvement when it comes to getting more sleep

What's next for Sleep tracking activity

Possibly enter tracking for exercise and calorie intake
