SkyWatch

Inspiration

We want people to be able to know as much about their flight to let them travel easier and safer.

What it does

The app accesses airports ATC communications and then uses Artificial Intelligence to turn that information into an easy to understand flow of information.

How we built it

We built this program using React Native as a front end, for a dynamic and fun UI, and Python as a backend, for its wide range of external libraries.

Challenges we ran into

Translating the Gemini API call into a json file, the parsing of this information took a while to properly do.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

In near 16 hours we were able to create an awesome amazing feat. SkyWatch!!

What we learned

We learned a lot about team work, cooperation, and good coding practices.

What's next for SkyWatch

We believe SkyWatch has the ability to transform the aviation industry making it a safer more informative place.
