Skyline Romance

💍 Inspiration

Planning a wedding should be magical — not exhausting. But in reality, it often involves dozens of emails, hours of coordination, and clunky spreadsheets. We were inspired to reimagine this experience using the power of AI agents and Salesforce.

🤖 What We Built

Skyline Romance is a two-agent solution built on Salesforce Agentforce:

• The Customer Agent helps clients book wedding locations in just a few clicks and even suggests optimal guest seating arrangements using built-in logic.
• The Manager Agent assists venue owners and staff by providing real-time statistics and reports about bookings and venue usage — empowering them with insights for better planning and service.

Together, they streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and save countless hours on both sides.

🧱 How We Built It

We used Agent Builder to create the autonomous workflows. Core functionality was implemented with Apex and Lightning Web Components, supported by Flows and a custom API integration to generate beautifully designed PDF reports.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully built and deployed two autonomous agents working together within a unified Salesforce environment — without sacrificing simplicity or performance. We created an intuitive booking process that minimizes time for customers, while also equipping venue managers with valuable real-time insights they typically lacked. Most importantly, we transformed a traditionally stressful process into an experience that feels seamless, empowering, and even joyful for users.

⚙️ Challenges & What We Learned

We explored the limits of combining user-friendly booking logic with intelligent automation. One challenge was handling seating logic dynamically and designing meaningful stats in real-time. We also learned how to seamlessly coordinate multiple agents while maintaining a cohesive user experience — and the real power of marrying data with automation.

What's next for Skyline Romance

We envision expanding Skyline Romance into a full-service wedding planning platform powered by AI. Upcoming features could include automated vendor recommendations, dynamic budget planning, and personalized wedding timelines based on customer preferences.

For venue managers, we plan to enhance the analytics agent to provide predictive insights, such as seasonal demand forecasting and client behavior trends. Long-term, our goal is to create an intelligent, seamless, and emotionally supportive journey for couples — while giving businesses smarter tools to grow their services.
