Inspiration

I was always inspired by the sophistication of digital design and the brilliance of human craftsmanship in UX area. I wanted to create something that provides aesthetic excellence and helps the world's most innovative teams share knowledge, build better products and drive humanity forward.

What it does

Skyline generates a visual Confluence page from a prompt. The page is fully editable - users can change the content, move elements, and refine the layout using component presets.

Features

▪️ AI generation - Skyline generates a visual Confluence page based on a prompt ▪️ Deep Research - build pages based on real-time information gathered from the web, powered by advanced reasoning models ▪️ Edit and refine your page by chatting with AI ▪️ Templates library - choose from ready-to-use pages for different use cases ▪️ Design from a screenshot ▪️ i18n - generate the page in a chosen language ▪️ Powerful visual editor with drag&drop functionality ▪️ Animations that turn static pages into engaging experiences

Example use cases

▪️ Internal & External communication ▪️ Market Research Report, Project Poster, Team Page, Engineering docs, ADR ▪️ On-brand pages matching the company's design system ▪️ Observing the changes in a specific industry, technology, or market segment

How we built it

Step by step: a vision and quick iteration. I've been inspired by how the modern design tools help craft creative and good-looking content and started with a similar goal.

Challenges we ran into

Design as I have the engineering background.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Design level and innovative AI features.

What we learned

Estimation (classic software engineering problem) Crafting product presentation layer also needs to be planned

What's next for Skyline AI

Designing top-quality templates for the most common use cases Adding more components so the AI-generated pages can be more advanced Developing further the Research area to showcase the potential in this segment of use cases
