Inspiration

There is enough trouble for students already. Why does it have to be so stressful for students to find a therapist that are available and provide the right care? Not only is going to the counselor is hard enough for students with unstable mental health, but also difficult to schedule an appointment with the right specialist. That's where Skyduling comes in. We helped streamline the process by matching student's availability with a therapist's schedule.

How I built it

We built it be focusing on the user by providing a beautiful and easy to use website prototype with Adobe Xd. We spent most of our time designing and trying to figure out perfect task flow can solve the problem of finding therapists. With the remaining time, we created the API for the backend for all the necessary CRUDE features.

Challenges I ran into

Initially, we wanted to use Flutter to tackle this issue, but we just couldn't find a way to get it to work. We then moved to Django to create a website, but we ran into a lot of trouble trying to link Django with Firebase. Finally, we decided to just created a backend so we can work on this in the near future.
