Inspiration
1 in 5 Americans will develop skin cancer by the age of 70. However, when detected early, the 5-year survival rate for melanoma, the most common form of skin cancer, is 99 percent.
What it does
Just simply taking a snapshot of any suspicious skin lesions you notice and uploading it below can provide you with instant feedback from our well-trained model and will help streamline this early identification process. In addition to providing a likely diagnosis to your skin lesion, we also provide other images of the suspected lesion for your reference. Lastly, we included resources/some practical tips on how to prevent skin cancer.
How we built it
The front end was built using HTML and CSS. The back end was built using Node.js.
