Drawing from the pioneering work of Norman Crowder and his concept of branching programmed instruction, the team recognized the potential of AI-driven adaptive learning to personalize education and maximize its impact. They realized that by combining this powerful technology with immersive virtual reality experiences, they could revolutionize the way young people prepare for their careers.

How we built it
We developed an innovative VR app for skill development using Unity3D, combining immersive learning experiences with adaptive AI technology. The development process began with extensive research on essential work skills and industry requirements. Utilizing Unity3D as our primary development platform, we designed realistic and engaging scenarios that guide students through important tasks and decision-making situations at work. The app incorporates AI-powered adaptive learning algorithms, which analyze students' performance, interactions, digital skills, and learning paths to tailor the content according to their specific needs. Throughout the development process, we focused on optimizing the user experience to create a seamless, intuitive, and personalized learning environment that maximizes the potential of VR technology and AI-driven insights, ultimately empowering students to acquire critical skills for career success.
