Inspiration
Companies always find difficulties to verify the skills of the candidate. There are some website like LinkedIn which provides endorsment for any skill but it evaluates the candidate by asking some simple questions which can easily be found on google.
What it does
SkillValidator is a trustless and decentralized peer review software which is built on blockchain for better security and privacy. Users can submit their project for evaluation. With the help of our weighted average Gaussian distribution algorithm some jury will be selected to judge and grade the project. User score will be calculated from all the submitted project which will help the algorithm to assign a project to judge.
Bussiness model
Phase 1-
User have to pay a nominal charge to get their project evaluate. Incase if the user is not satisfies from the evaluation then he/she can re-apply the same project for evaluation by paying another nominal charge (charges will be less than first charge) upto 3 time.
Investment-
Initial investment is required to bring some famous personalities as jury which will also help us to advertise the platform. Gas fees will also be required at initial stage.
What's next for SkillValidator
Phase 2-
We can provide a proprietary version of the software to companies (for e.g., Google, Amazon, etc.) for screening and shortlisting candidate for new job position. Companies can use the software to evaluate any internal private project which can be judged by any jury formed from all the engineers/managers.
