Skillset lets an LLM discover, read, and run Skills. A Skill can be pure instructions or executable Python code. Developers can create, fork, and run skills instantly, and the runtime spins up isolated sandboxes for execution with blob support for large data.

It is better than MCP because it encourages collaborations, and not requires loading a big chunk of tools definition at once, allow gradual discovery of tools.
