Inspiration
In skills.tech we have been training data professionals for the past 4 years in all over 10 countries in LATAM, and we encounter that companies ignore how to adequately write job proposals for talent that helps them in their digital transformation.
What it does
Helps small and medium companies to write their business goals and came back with a Data development roadmap and the match for the talent needed to build it.
How we built it
Interface in Telegram for frictionless interaction, that sends the data to a RDB to be Interpreted By ChatGPT-4 and look into our Pool of Data professionals for the match. Python and libraries for all development, client dashboard with Plotly and JavaScript.
Challenges we ran into
We what to use a Vector DB for the storage, we had challenges on determine senority for candidates and the correct match with companies development.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It's working and also works as a training tool for our Data Community to practice with autogenerated questions.
What we learned
We learn about OpenAI functions, agents, and vectorDB.
What's next for Skills.tech -AI Talent Match
Because we are an established startup, we will continue with this project, and deploy it to the community and our corporate partners. Iterate in interface and longitudinal experiment for measuring accuracy in match-making based on a prompt.
