SkillPilot AI is an adaptive AI-powered learning platform designed to transform career ambitions into personalized learning journeys.

AI Skill Assessment: Evaluates students' existing knowledge and identifies areas for improvement.
Intelligent Skill Gap Analysis: Compares assessed skills against the competencies required for a chosen career.

How We Built It

We designed SkillPilot AI around a continuous learning cycle: Assess → Analyze → Personalize → Practice → Improve.

The planned technology stack includes React for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for backend services, MongoDB for storing learner profiles and progress, and an AI API for generating personalized learning recommendations and practice questions.

The platform combines structured assessment results with AI-generated guidance. This allows learning recommendations to be based on demonstrated knowledge gaps rather than generic suggestions alone.

What Makes It Different

SkillPilot AI aims to move beyond the traditional question-and-answer chatbot experience. Its central idea is a feedback-driven learning system that connects career goals, skill assessments, personalized learning plans, and repeated evaluation.

Instead of simply telling students what to learn, the platform is designed to help them understand why they need to learn it, practice the relevant skills, and track their progress over time.

Challenges We Aim to Solve
