The platform features an AI-powered resume chatbot that coaches users to articulate their experiences effectively, even without prior guidance, alongside a blind application system that hides identifying details like name and school to ensure unbiased evaluation. Candidates demonstrate their skills through proof-of-work submissions, which are assessed using standardized auto-grading to create comparable, objective scores, while recruiters benefit from automated shortlisting and interview scheduling to reduce hiring friction.
