Inspiration
Many students struggle to choose the right skills and career paths due to lack of guidance and awareness. We were inspired to build a platform that bridges the gap between learning and real-world job opportunities using AI.
What it does
SkillBridge AI analyzes a user’s interests, skills, and goals to recommend personalized learning paths, courses, and job opportunities. It helps students focus on what truly matters for their career growth.
How we built it
We built the system using a combination of frontend and backend technologies. The platform collects user input and processes it using basic AI logic to generate recommendations. The interface is designed to be simple and user-friendly.
Challenges we ran into
One of the main challenges was designing an accurate recommendation system. We also faced difficulties in structuring user data and making the platform responsive and intuitive.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We successfully created a prototype that provides meaningful career guidance. The system demonstrates how AI can simplify decision-making for students.
What we learned
We learned how to design user-centric solutions, implement basic AI logic, and work efficiently under time constraints during the hackathon.
What's next for the project
We plan to integrate advanced AI models, real-time job APIs, and expand the platform into a full-fledged web and mobile application.
