To create a platform that provides users to free course on in-demand skill such as programming, digital marketing, soft skill and more. This will help of these students and people who will learn.

The inspirational aspect of an Online Skill Development Platform lies in its potential to transform lives and create positive societal change.

What it does

Accessibility: The platform can provide opportunities to underserved communities, especially in rural areas or low-income regions, by giving them access to high-quality educational content for free.

Skill Development: The platform can help learners acquire in-demand skills, improving their job prospects and reducing unemployment.

Community Building: The forum encourages collaboration, enabling learners to help each other, thus creating a supportive learning environment.

Certification: Offering certificates gives learners a sense of accomplishment and something tangible they can showcase in their resumes or portfolios.

How we built it

Phase 1: Planning and Project Design

  1. Define the Scope Decide which features you will include in your Minimum Viable Product (MVP): user authentication, course catalog, progress tracking, and quizzes. >Choose Tech Stack Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js or Vue.js). Backend: Java with Spring Boot. Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL. Cloud Storage: AWS S3 for video and resource storage. Final Presentation & Hackathon Pitch Pitch Structure: Problem: Lack of affordable, accessible education. Solution: A free, online skill development platform with courses, quizzes, and certifications. Demo: Show course enrollment, quiz taking, progress tracking, and certification. Impact: Highlight how the platform helps bridge the skill gap and creates learning opportunities for underserved communities. Prepare a Demo: >Record a short video or prepare live demonstrations of key features like user sign-up, course enrollment, and progress tracking. >Emphasize ease of use and educational impact.

Challenges we ran into

There are many challenges that we can face out like some people must be serious for this learning but many peoples are not interested for this .So this is big challenge for our project.

What we learned

Technological Achievement Building a Full Stack Solution: Developing both the frontend and backend, integrating databases, managing user authentication, and creating interactive features (quizzes, progress tracking) is a major technical feat. Leveraging Cloud and Security: You ensured secure data storage, implemented user authentication systems, and used cloud technologies to store course resources efficiently—all of which are key components of modern web development. Innovative Features: The implementation of features like quizzes, certifications, and gamification makes the platform not just a basic education portal but a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
