As university students navigating our own career paths, we were inspired to create a tool that helps both high school and university students discover fields that might suit them best. Our interactive tool identifies a user’s learning style; Creative, Balanced, or Analytical, through a puzzle activity that analyzes their problem-solving approach, and then suggests careers that align with that style.

What It Does and How We Built It

This project makes career exploration more personalized by linking learning styles to career suggestions. We developed it using a combination of frontend and backend technologies, designing a user-friendly interface that’s accessible and inclusive.

Challenges and Achievements

Throughout development, we faced challenges in creating an accurate algorithm to assess learning styles and ensuring the tool was intuitive for users. We're proud of overcoming these obstacles and of building a tool that adapts to diverse learning needs, making career exploration accessible and insightful for a wide audience. We also learned a lot about user-centered design and the importance of accessibility.

What’s Next

Moving forward, we aim to improve the tool's accuracy and expand its career database. We also plan to collaborate with educational institutions to help students discover their strengths and explore fulfilling career paths early on.spiration
