Project Story: SkillGap Analyzer
The idea for SkillGap Analyzer came from a simple but frustrating reality I kept noticing around me. A lot of people are ambitious, they want to grow, earn more, and improve their lives, but they often feel stuck. Not because they are lazy, but because they don’t know what exactly is missing.
I saw people jumping from one course to another, learning random skills, following trends, yet not making real progress. There was always a gap, but no clear way to identify it.
That was the starting point.
I wanted to build something that could act like a guide, something that could look at a person’s current situation and where they want to be, and then clearly point out what is missing in between.
That’s how SkillGap Analyzer was born.
The idea is simple. A user describes their current level, their goals, and possibly their challenges. The system then uses AI to analyze that information and break it down into three key things: what skills they are missing, why those skills matter, and the most practical way to start learning them.
Instead of overwhelming users with too many options, the goal was to bring clarity and direction. Not just telling people to “learn more”, but showing them exactly what to focus on next.
While building this, I focused on keeping the experience simple and human. The output is structured, easy to understand, and actionable. The goal is not just to inform, but to guide.
SkillGap Analyzer is more than just a tool. It is a decision support system for personal growth. In a world where information is everywhere but clarity is rare, this project helps people take the next step with confidence.
