Long have musicians despaired having to transcribe music by hand, listening repeatedly to copy down a few pitches at a time. Don't you wish someone would invent and app that could do that for you? Well, your wait is over. Kind of. While it is still very much in the alpha stages of development, we have developed a program to process audio from the microphone in near real time, pulling out separate pitches and packaging them as a technically valid midi file, usable on nearly any platform.
