Inspiration

We aim to reduce the impact of such problems by introducing singulARity and redefining how people interact online. We strive to motivate a healthy, positive, and fun augmented reality environment.

What it does

SingulARity will be a platform that always protects its core value, which is an anonymous medium that motivates positive mental health, physical health, and helping people to see the charm of our surroundings.

How we built it

We used Google Cloud with Fire Storage to incorporate with echoAR to store location and backend data. For the frontend, we used JavaScript with the VueJS framework to implement our UI along with Google Map Api to help us reach our goal.

Challenges we ran into

When collaborating online, we've faced many difficulties. For example, communication through an online platform is very insufficient and often delays the process of development.

What's next for singularity

Users will be able to challenge their friends by adding their own pins to the map.
Each visited pin will give user certain points which can be redeemed for prizes.
View your AR design in real life! Put your ideas in text, images, videos in 3D, and show it to the world!
Based on each user's weekly interactions (eg. their steps), we can analyze these data using ML and generate pins on the map to further increase their activities
