Well, the first step is to create a system that supports the creation of more inclusive, equal opportunities for all. For that, we start with creating a code of conduct that is consistent with the goals of society and the Constitution. To get there, we must first establish the foundation for a system that will enable people to live in peace. And when everyone's needs are met we must also ensure everyone is treated with respect and equality.
