Inspiration

We realized how younger generations often neglect health for being mundane and routine. We were seeking ways to bridge this gap with a technological approach.

What it does

The web app would provide a simple interface for patients who recently had health checkups to easily access their results, with easy-to-digest information for each metric.

How we built it

We used Figma to create concepts for the website and have a reference to structure our HTML and CSS. We used HTML and CSS to render the front page. We would have used Node.js to handle data storage and feed the information to the front-end JavaScript.

Challenges we ran into

Many of us were very new to the languages and technologies we planned to use. We could only code one page of the site due to time constraints.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

For each of us, this was the first ever website we created.

What we learned

We learned the languages needed to code the website and the process of collaborating on a coding project.

What's next for Simplicare

We hope to make the site more functional, so we have a valid proof-of-concept to demonstrate our skills in the future.
