What it does
It tracks messages on both Slack and Discord and uses machine learning to choose which ones to prioritize. The prioritized messages were then displayed on our dashboard using bubble Sass animations.
Challenges we ran into
Since we used multiple languages in our stack, mainly Python for backend and Typescript for everything else, it was a challenge to figure out how to connect the two.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are all proud of all ourselves for trying new technologies and working on our weaknesses to come together for this project. We've all had first experiences in this collaboration. We are proud of how much we've achieved in such a short amount of time.
What we learned
We definitely learnt the importance of communication, especially when working with a technology that we aren't familiar with. The help we got from each other was what got us through this project.
