I forgot to mention but this is helpful for city-planners because they can use trends/future projections to estimate if certain things need to get built. The map is helpful because it shows where and what businesses need to get built. The city-planners or government officials can use trends to determine policies that they can pass in areas such as healthcare/education/infrastructure.
