Inspiration

So apparently yesterday when i saw Sillyhacks was going to start there was a power surge in my place and i was trying to switch on my torch and am a pretty lazy person, So to frustrate other lazy sloths like me i made a app which challenges them to on the flash light in two ways, Jerry's Challenge ( Just to refresh our childhood memories of Tom and Jerry who made us laugh i styled the first challenge based on Tom and Jerry ) and the second challenge is our very own Useless box which will keep shutting down the flash light switch and taunting you until you give up and sleep.

What it does

Basically there are two challenges you need to complete either of them to on your mobile flash light, even has cool hacking animations where in Jerry will destroy your android kernel.

How I built it

I built it using our very own Googles Framework Flutter.

Challenges I ran into

The coolest part was the Tom and Jerry game logic and how randomly i should change states and store the bools of click counts in maps and how the whole orchestra of logic plays. Also the flutter animations and timing everything to work in sync. Even editing the images, animation and connecting everything at the end was a bit tricky. One new thing i learnt was GIF's have loop count. But at the end it was just fun building this silly hack.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I am really proud of the fact that i am getting better and better with flutter and learning new things and how powerful the Framework is. Hats off to Google.

What's next for SillyFlash

Actually my friends are really interested in the game logic and how i built it using flutter so my plan is to teach them how it works this sunday ! and apart from that I will try to perfect it and make it into a game with better graphics and make it free and opensource.
