The purpose of this project is to build a portable, cost-effective, and sound customizable drum set. Traditionally, drums can be large, clunky, loud, and not easily transportable, limiting access to drummers with space constraints. With an electronic drum kit powered with Arduino, this could provide more accessibility and relieves limitations from a traditional drum. Our project, Silent Beat, can change the future of music and revolutionize the technology in this sphere. Using the Arduino Board, Piezoelectric Sensors, Drum Pads, MIDI, Headphones, LCD we will be able to produce Sound Output, Visual Feedback, MIDI Output.
