Actionable Safe Handoffs: Updated the handoff compiler so operational commitments and agreed decisions can appear in the primary “Act Now” section with supporting evidence, quote hashes, deadlines, and next steps.
Evidence Review Queue: Added backend review routes and a frontend interface for inspecting extracted claims, reviewing exact source quotes, and confirming or rejecting proposed commitments.
Human Oversight: Separated source-text verification from human confirmation so a matching quote is not automatically treated as proof that a business commitment is true.
Policy-Controlled Actions: Improved the demonstration of financial authority limits, including a ₹65,000 request that is blocked against a ₹25,000 limit and an ₹18,000 request that passes the configured policy in the simulation.
Verification and Testing: Expanded end-to-end and adversarial tests and refined the frontend to display action outcomes based on backend responses.
Summary: These changes make Siigo more than a conversational prototype: they connect business evidence to operational handoffs, human review, policy decisions, and auditability.
