The inspiration behind "SignSense: Breaking Barriers with Tech" came from the profound desire to empower individuals with speech disabilities. We were motivated by the belief that technology could be a transformative force in enhancing communication and inclusivity for those facing challenges in expressing themselves verbally
What it does
"SignSense" utilizes advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to detect and interpret sign language gestures in real-time. This groundbreaking technology enables individuals with speech disabilities to communicate effectively using their hands, breaking down communication barriers and fostering a more inclusive environment.
How we built it
We built "SignSense" by leveraging state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and training our models on extensive datasets of diverse sign language gestures.
