Inspiration

“SIGNS” began as a spiritual reflection written by Mohamed Beriky, inspired by the depth and structure of classical Arabic poetry. The song contemplates the hidden signs in everyday life—health and illness, clarity and blindness, loss and renewal—and asks a central existential question: Who grants us our life?

When transforming the track into a music video, the intention was not to create a literal narrative but a meditative, experimental visual journey that mirrors the song’s poetic rhythm.

Concept & Meaning

The video uses symbolic environments—a hospital room where roles blur between doctor and patient, the icy stillness of Himalayan peaks, and open horizons—to echo the recurring refrain:

“In vast horizons, signs abound.
Guidance present, ask around.”

Visuals are grounded in poetic realism, mixing spiritual metaphor with AI-generated imagery. Each scene is designed as a “visual ayah” or “sign,” inviting the viewer into introspection rather than exposition.

As an experimental music video, SIGNS rejects linear storytelling in favor of mood, symbolism, and open interpretation. It is less about events and more about awareness—a visual reminder that meaning exists all around us.
