About the Project

Inspiration

Pharma market intelligence today is largely reactive. Teams rely on weekly reports, manual tracking of competitors, and fragmented tools to understand what is changing in the market. By the time insights are compiled, the underlying signals: regulatory updates, press releases, hiring patterns, or narrative shifts have already moved.

We were inspired by a simple question:
What if pharma teams had an always-on agent that continuously watched the market and surfaced meaningful changes as they happened?
Track 3 gave us the opportunity to build exactly that.


What We are building

We are building an Always-On Market Intelligence Agent that continuously monitors publicly available data sources to detect shifts in pharma brand strategy, competitive activity, and market narratives.

Instead of focusing on opinions or sentiment alone, the system tracks events, signals, and narrative evolution across:

  • Company communications
  • Regulatory disclosures
  • Media and trade coverage
  • Professional network activity

The goal is not just awareness, but early, actionable insight.


Why This Matters

This project demonstrates how always-on, AI-driven intelligence can replicate and augment workflows currently handled by manual analysis and expensive enterprise tools using only public, auditable data.

Our long-term vision is a system that helps pharma teams move from reactive reporting to proactive strategy.
