Inspiration

The inspiration for this project stemmed from the growing inefficiency and complexities businesses face in managing a high volume of agreements. Manual processes often lead to delays, misplaced documents, and compliance risks, especially when dealing with multi-party approvals. Our goal was to create a solution that streamlines these workflows, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.

What We Learned

How We Built It

    • Frontend: React.js for an intuitive, responsive interface.
    • Backend: Go for handling requests and managing workflows.
    • Database: MongoDB for secure and scalable storage of agreement metadata.
    • API Integration: Docs Sign API for eSignature functionality.
  2. Development Process:
    • Phase 1: Researching user needs and defining workflow requirements.
    • Phase 2: Designing the platform’s architecture and integrating the eSignature API.(ongoing)
    • Phase 3: Developing and testing a prototype to ensure functionality and performance.(ongoing)
