Contracts drive business outcomes, but reviewing them is slow, manual, and often opaque. Teams lose time, miss risks, and delay deals simply because contracts are hard to understand and track.

We built SignaFlow AI to transform contracts from static legal documents into clear, actionable business intelligence that helps companies move faster and safer.

What it does

SignaFlow AI is an AI-powered contract intelligence and signature workflow platform.

It allows users to:

Upload a contract PDF or use demo data

Automatically extract key clauses like payment, termination, and liability

Detect and label contract risks (high, medium, low)

Explain legal language in simple, business-friendly terms

Track signature status and identify bottlenecks

Monitor contracts through a real-time dashboard

The platform helps teams reduce risk and accelerate contract decisions.

How we built it

We built SignaFlow AI in 48 hours using a modern, serverless stack:

Frontend: Next.js with Tailwind CSS for a clean SaaS UI

Backend: Node.js using API routes for document processing and analysis

AI Layer: Large Language Models for clause extraction, risk scoring, and explanations

Document Processing: PDF parsing and structured text extraction

Deployment: Vercel for fast, scalable hosting

The system was designed to be demo-ready, stable, and scalable.
