We built it using Python with object detection deep learning models.

Setting up dependencies for deep learning object detection model.

Enabling communication between ASL speakers and native English language speakers.

We learned more about deep learning and object detection.

What's next for Sign Language Translator

If we had more time, we would look into providing an API for developers to integrate with existing applications such as Teams or Google Meet.
