Inspiration
People who can not talk and hear are unable to convey their messages to people who don't know sign language.
What it does
This model converts sign language to alphabetical and numerical form so that people who don't understand sign language can understand it.
How we built it
We used a deeplearning model called EfficientnetB0 to train our model.
Challenges we ran into
Deploying the model to the web and understanding the dataset.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The model yields a high accuracy of 90%+.
What's next for Sign Language Recognition
We plan to make this model compatible with real time image processing.
