Inspiration

Some people are facing difficulties in communicating with hearing impaired people.So this project provides a valid solution for this problem faced by them

What it does

It is a mobile app that converts sign language into text format

How we built it

We trained the hand gestures with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) in deep learning model and convert it into a tflite file

Challenges we ran into

We faced some challenges in converting deep learning model to tflite file

What's next for Sign Language Recognition App for Hearing Impaired People

In this project a hand gesture is converted to text but in future we will try to convert hand gesture to voice
