Inspiration
For many individuals with hearing loss, sign language is their primary mode of communication. Individuals with deafness or hearing loss may or may not be able to read and understand English, depending on their individual circumstances and experiences. Some deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals may have learned English as a second language and may be able to read and write it fluently, while others may not have had access to education or resources to learn English.
What it does
We propose ‘Sign For All’ – a suite of ideas which can help increase beauty/general accessibility among people for whom Sign Languages are the primary means of communication.
As part of this effort, we have 3 main ideas which when implemented successfully has great potential to positively impact a lot of people by enhancing accessibility in the beauty industry.
Our solution will empower businesses to effectively serve a lot more customers. Target customers are people who rely upon Sign Language as their primary mode of communication.

Proposing innovative solutions like 1 hand ASL which will enable software to effectively serve a lot more people.
What we learned
Learned a lot about how the playing field is not level for many people in the world in terms of inclusion and accessibility.

Working upon the ideas proposed to build a unified platform for Sign Language users to access beauty resources.
