*We got our inspiration from the difficulties people have while trying to get help from Callcenters, usually they are busy so what if a bot would be able to answer customer questions and problems, this could filter and make their work better.
*It replaces a human who solves problems from customers, and make their actual work easier.
*We created it using node.js also we integrated L.U.I.S which is a Microsoft Service that helps our bot to learn easily, from each customer, helping each time better!
*Making the actual bot learn by its self, and connecting it with different services like Skype, Messenger, WebService.
*Making the bot easier to administrate and learn more!
*We learned that connecting different services is easier using a WebService.
*MAKE HIM ABLE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER BY ITS SELF NO MATTER WHAT IS ASKED!
