SightRead

This project stems from both the musical aptitude and ineptitude (cough, Bowen) of our team members as we think it has great value for someone with any level of musical experience! Our goal is to enable developers to make programs that can sight read music, whether to help beginners learn or to give professionals a time-saving reference for complex scores. Locating notes in an image of sheet music is a critical step in any "sight reading" program and it is our intention to make this process as easy as possible by providing a matching image augmented to make every note easier to find and compare to the staff in subsequent processing.

Our killer feature is our programs accessibility! We are leveraging the power of the WolframCloud to do our image processing on uploaded images and returning a tagged image that will be easier to implement for the developer.
