Inspiration
I recently started playing basketball ad every time I shot I always wondered to myself "I wonder how good my shot form is" so I decided to make a website to show you how good your form is
What it does
In ShotLogic you can input a video of your short form and an AI agent rates your shot and gives feedback on your form. You can also create custom drills depending on what you want to work on.
How we built it
I built it using React (Vite), javascript, and CSS for the frontend and python and FastAPI to handle the backend. I deployed it using vercel and render. I used github for version control.
Challenges we ran into
A big challenge I had was choosing the best AI model for judging the shot, and how to feed the AI agent information for what defines a "perfect shot form"
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I am proud of being able to create a working site and deploy it in only 11 hours. Im also proud of the UI/UX design
What we learned
I learned many web development concepts, CI/CD, and AI concepts.
What's next for ShotLogic
I hope to add user profiles, a leaderboard, and better AI judging
