Inspiration

Short-form content teams do not usually fail because they lack ideas. They slow down because every idea creates operational work: draft the hook, write the script, make scene beats, prepare captions, check claims, assign review, and copy approved text into scheduling systems.

What it does

ShortsFlow Ops Agent turns a raw idea, transcript, or product note into a structured short-form production packet. It produces the hook, shot plan, caption set, checklist, review notes, and a UiPath Orchestrator queue payload for downstream automation.

The important part is governance: AI proposes the work, UiPath coordinates it, and a human approval step in Action Center gates the next robot handoff.

How I built it

I built a working web prototype, a Python packet generator, a Studio Web workflow mapping, an Action Center approval policy, and sample queue payloads. The hosted demo shows the same packet structure a UiPath automation would normalize and route.

Challenges I ran into

The main design challenge was avoiding a one-click publisher. Content automation is most useful when it is fast, but enterprise teams still need review, auditability, and a clear handoff between AI and robots.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

The submission packages a complete agentic automation pattern: intake, planning, structured output, queue handoff, human review, and a clear path to production with UiPath Studio Web and Orchestrator.

What I learned

Agentic automation is strongest when the AI does the ambiguous planning work and UiPath owns the reliable business process around it.

What's next

Next I would connect the generated queue item to a live UiPath Studio Web process, add Action Center feedback loops, and add connectors for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and internal content calendars.
