Autonomous Short-Pay Resolution Agent

Short-pays — when a customer remits less than the invoiced amount, due to freight claims, damaged goods, early-pay discounts, or disputes — are extremely common in B2B AR and consume disproportionate accountant time. Most are immaterial and should be written off immediately; a minority genuinely need judgment. Today this triage is manual and inconsistent across accountants.

Hackathon demo for Office of the CFO cash application: a narrow autonomous AR agent that learns a short-pay policy, runs it against incoming cash, escalates exceptions with accountant-legible reasoning, and improves after repeated human feedback.
