How we built it

Building ShopSmartBot was a step-by-step process that combined smart technology and careful planning. First, we studied what online shoppers need and the problems they face. Then, we chose the best tools from Google's Vertex AI platform to make ShopSmartBot smart and helpful. We collected lots of data about what customers ask and how they shop and used it to teach ShopSmartBot how to understand and respond to questions. Our team also designed conversations to make sure ShopSmartBot is easy and friendly to talk to. After making sure it worked well, we connected ShopSmartBot to online stores and tested it a lot to make sure it worked smoothly. We keep making it better by listening to feedback from customers and updating it regularly. With ShopSmartBot, we aim to make online shopping simpler and more enjoyable for everyone
