Inspiration

I was inspired to make this project because with how the current economy is going and the price of groceries it is extremely helpful to have a application that helps you pick budget friendly options when it comes to grocery shopping

What it does

It retrieves a list of items from the area inputted that best match what you are looking for while providing the cheapest option

How we built it

Built it using basic modern web languages for the frontend and java for the backend

Challenges we ran into

learning how to use springboot and having the back and front end communicate properly

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Gained experience with a new framework and being so focused while full stack developing in a full 24 hours
