In this Covid era, where conversational AI is becoming more popular, we have chosen Kore.ai which is rich in features to help the Ecommerce customers in their journey.

Our ShoppingBuddy helps the customers in their Ecommerce journey, by providing various functionalities like login, signup, product search, add to cart , place order, order status, shipment status, cancel order, sentiment analysis, transfer to agent and many more.

For Conversational AI, we used Kore.ai and for commerce engine, we have used Commerce Tools.

We have enabled our bot into Facebook and Telegram channels. While enabling, we found that we have to use channel specific templates to make the same flow work in different channels.

We were able to integrate Kore.ai and Commerce Tools. Also implemented most of the Ecommerce flows in such a short span of time.

We will try to implement the human agent escalation end to end. Also will enable it on several other channels.
