Inspired from a background of retail experience with the goal of a streamlined method of customer service in mind, ShopLyft is a flexible api that allows a customer to connect with an expert in the department they are searching for as soon as they walk into the store. ShopLyft will allow customers to ask a question which will be sorted into relevant fields where they will be able to directly interface with a relevant employee. Not only will this allow employees to help customers more readily, but a feedback system also allows employees to gain insight as to how to be more productive and ensure customer satisfaction.
