Inspiration

There are better and cheaper crypto payment gateways available in the market, which Shopify has not added to their payment vendor yet.

What it does

We have built a plugin based on ForgingBlock API to enable merchants from ForgingBlock can easily integrate to their Shopify stores.

How we built it

We built a customized PHP script that can be directly embedded into the last steps of check out page, so that merchant customers are still able to pay with crypto once they click the payment URL

Challenges we ran into

New to the Shopify API and want to explore the idea of directly communicating with the Shopify dashboard and sending proper notifications to the dashboard

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Being able to figure out the way that enables third-party crypto payment API (ForgingBlock Payment API ) to work with Shopify users.
