Inspiration

Having worked in the Professional services and Consulting industry for over 2 decades, I have seen a huge variation in the quality of output. This was dependent on multiple factors. Then I read certain organizations are experimenting by replacing their CEO's with AI. This got me thinking of an opportunity where CXO's can create, validate and refine their strategies in a more standardized, holistic, cost-effective way. And for the larger good, this can be made available to a larger population of SMB's as well.

What it does

ShivHitAI Management Consultant enables CXO's, business owners and analysts to create, validate and refine organization strategies in a more standardized, holistic, cost-effective way by providing with few inputs and within minutes. This takes into effect not only the current strategies and financials of the organization, but also recommends based on the economy outlook, geo-political impacts and any other parameters like Tourism, weather, events etc

How we built it

With the base in bolt.new, we integrated Supabase and Deepseek. It took me sometime as the work was primarily done in the night

Challenges we ran into

The Key challenge was integration into LLM. It gave multiple errors and not providing output. I had to multiple iterations to resolve this

Accomplishments that we're proud of

During my research I found that various top Consulting organization are implementing their private AI models based on their experience, but do not provide the Clients access to this knowledge. This is primarily to save their huge bottom lines and paychecks. What makes me proud is that ShivHitAI can now can provide a more complete strategy to CXO's and not ones that are dependent on either individuals or consulting firms who may have limitations like knowledge and personalized interests. Moreso, this levels the playing field by enabling Small and Medium Businesses access to the same analysis as a Fortune500

What we learned

For me personally, I learned to finetune the prompt to provide me with relevant information from a LLM and also it was the first time I integrated a LLM into an application. But in general this proves that AI can be used to provide better insights and strategies, and we as humans must work along side AI rather than

We will be doing a test run with a few CXO's to gather feedback and improve the model output. Finetune our pricing startegy Create multiple niche AI Functional consultants e.g. Finance, HR, IT and further niches with them (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables etc)
