Coach Potato is a mobile AI coaching app that pairs you with distinct coaching personas to help you set goals, build accountability, and gain clarity. Each coach has a unique style — from calm and reflective to brutally honest — so you can pick the approach that fits your mood and needs.

What It Does

You open the app, pick a coach, and start a conversation. The AI coaches use evidence-based coaching techniques to ask the right questions, challenge your thinking, and help you move forward. Sessions are saved so you can pick up where you left off.

Browse and install community-created coaches. Sorted by popular, trending, or newest. One-tap install.

Key Features

Personalized Onboarding Three-step setup: your name, what you do (entrepreneur, student, employee, etc.), and your core values. Coaches reference this context naturally in conversation.

Session Management Create multiple sessions per coach. Sessions get AI-generated titles. Search, rename, or delete from the side drawer.

Notion Integration Connect your Notion workspace and pull in database content as context for coaching sessions.

How It Works

  1. Onboarding — Name, role, values (stored locally, synced to Supabase after auth)
  2. Auth — Email OTP (6-digit code sent to your email)
  3. Home — Pick a coach from the top bar, type or speak your message
  4. Chat — AI responds using your selected coach's persona + your personal context
  5. Sessions — Access previous conversations from the side drawer
  6. Settings — Theme, Notion integration, help & support, legal links

Warm, earthy palette inspired by the "couch" concept. Not clinical, not corporate — approachable.
